How do I rent the apartment and how much is it?
The payment conditions depend on the rental term:
For short term rentals, we ask an immediate payment of half of the rent (usually a bank transfer) and the payment of the other half at arrival.
A caution of 1000 € is also required.
During LOW SEASON, the rent is 1000 € per week.
During HIGH SEASON, the rent is 1200 € per week.
For long term rentals and stays for less than 1 week, please e-mail us with your inquiry.
The rent is including electricity, water, cable TV, internet, and phone calls for several foreign countries (USA, Europe, Asia...)
The rent is not including the above for long term stays (except phone calls).
